Chris has been involved in the underwriting, due diligence, and acquisition of more than 5,000 Multifamily apartment units worth over $1 Billion throughout the United States ranging from Core+ to value-add opportunities. Prior to this role, Chris was engaged in the Real Estate Valuation & Advisory business. Property types appraised includes Multi-Family Apartments, Student Housing / Dormitories, Senior Housing / Age Restricted Housing, Low Income Housing, Commercial / Mixed Use Buildings, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Retail Strip Centers, Net-leased properties, and vacant commercial land. Chris Gjorevski graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's in business administration.
